Source offer for AGPL components
OJAS 4D performs reconstruction using OpenDroneMap, which is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3. Because we offer it over a network, we publish this offer.

We run these from the official published Docker images, unmodified. We have made no changes to ODM's source. If that ever changes, our patches will be published in a public fork and linked here, and you will be able to obtain the modified source under the same licence.
Our own storefront, API and orchestration are separate programs that communicate with NodeODM over its REST interface. They are not derived from ODM and are not covered by its licence. If you believe we have got that boundary wrong, tell us and we will look at it properly.

Everything the browser downloads from us is permissively licensed. The animations on this site — the headline and the survey sweep — are our own code using the browser's canvas, with no third-party animation library.

Viewers and geospatial libraries
Deliverable viewers were selected to be permissively licensed so that none of them constrains your use of the output: Potree (BSD-2), MapLibre GL JS (BSD-3), OpenLayers (BSD-2), CesiumJS (Apache-2.0) and three.js (MIT).
Your deliverables
The files we produce for you are yours. Nothing in the licences above places any restriction on how you use, modify, publish or sell your own maps. Running AGPL software to generate output does not make the output AGPL.
