What we do, what we do not do, who owns what, and the accuracy limits you are agreeing to. Written to be read rather than skipped.
The service
CelesticLabs Private Limited processes drone imagery you have already captured and returns photogrammetry deliverables. We do not fly, we do not place ground control, and we do not plan flights. These terms apply when you use ojas4d.com or send us a dataset.
What you are confirming when you send us imagery
- You own the imagery, or have the right to have it processed
- You had the necessary permission to fly and to capture imagery at that location
- You complied with the aviation, privacy and land-access laws that applied to the flight
- Processing the imagery will not breach an obligation you owe to anyone else
Flight legality is yours, not ours. We receive files after the fact and have no way to verify what permissions were held. If you were not entitled to capture it, do not send it to us.
Who owns what
You own your imagery. You own the deliverables we generate from it, outright, with no licence back to us and no restriction on how you use them commercially.
We take only the limited permission needed to do the work: to store, process and transmit your imagery for the purpose of producing and delivering your outputs, and to keep them until retention expires. Any marketing use requires your separate written permission for that specific dataset.
Accuracy — the part that matters
Photogrammetry produces measurements with limits. These are ours, and they are the same figures we publish on the site:

Deliverables are not a substitute for a licensed survey. Do not use them for setting out, boundary determination, cadastral work, or any purpose where a metre of positional error carries legal or contractual weight. If you are unsure whether your use case fits, ask before you book.
Pilot programme terms
- Up to 300 images per dataset
- One site, one flight, per job
- 48 hours is our target turnaround, not a guaranteed deadline
- Nadir imagery with GPS in the EXIF is required; without it we cannot georeference the result
- One free reprocess if the fault is ours
- Introductory pricing, limited slots, and terms that may change for future jobs with notice
Pilot pricing is $25 for essentials (orthomosaic, surface model, report) and $35 for all six deliverables, per dataset. We will tell you before any price change affects you.
If something goes wrong
If a reconstruction fails or the output is unusable through our fault, we will reprocess it once at no charge or refund you. If your imagery cannot produce a usable result — insufficient overlap, missing GPS, motion blur, too few images — we will tell you what we found and refund you rather than deliver something misleading.
What you may not do
- Send imagery captured unlawfully or without required permission
- Use the service for surveillance of individuals
- Resell processing capacity as though it were your own service without telling us
- Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service
Limits on our liability
We are a small company processing imagery for a fixed per-dataset fee. Our total liability for any claim connected to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.
We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of our deliverables, or for indirect or consequential losses — lost profit, lost contracts, remediation of work carried out in reliance on a measurement. This is precisely why we publish our error bars: so you can judge whether a model is fit for your decision before you make it.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending it
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may decline or stop work on a job that breaches these terms, and will refund anything paid for work not delivered. Retention still applies to files already produced: they are deleted after 90 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at city, to be confirmed, India. Questions: legal@celesticlabs.org. Proposed effective date: 2026-08-26.
